INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE GMRT Production LLC collects information from our website users, subscribers and other customers. Communications with Us We have features where our customers can submit information to us. Where such submissions include requests for service, support or information, we may forward them to our agents, as needed, to best respond to the specific request. Automatic Data Collection Our web site has features that automatically collect information from customers, to deliver content specific to customers' interests and to honor their preferences. SECURITY We use reasonable precautions to protect information about our customers while it is stored on our servers or in transit to our vendors processing on our behalf. Refund policy Refunds are available within 30 days of product purchase by contacting our support service. Whenever we receive a refund request, we notify the product suppliers to give them an opportunity to resolve the dispute. Refund requests that have not been resolved within two (2) weeks are processed; and, for credit card purchases, the refund appears on the buyer’s next credit card statement. We put product suppliers in touch with buyers to determine how goods must be returned. Physical goods must be returned for a refund to be completed.
